A: Photoshop.

A: Stock.xchng, weheartit, Creative Commons, and occasionally google.

A: You can find plenty of nice fonts all over the internet yourself. If you ask this, there's a really big chance I'll just ignore it.

A: It was probably already answered here or I just haven't gotten to answering you yet.

A: I get a lot of requests, and sometimes not all of them are made. Sorry, just continue requesting it .
